This Refund Policy applies to CoinBar Pro. Different purchase channels may use different refund entry points and processing rules.
Website Purchases
- When website checkout goes live, CoinBar Pro orders purchased through the CoinBar website may be eligible for a refund request within 14 days after the original purchase or renewal.
- Contact support@coinbar.fun with the order email, order number, or payment receipt so we can locate the order.
- If a refund is approved, the amount is usually returned to the original payment method, and the related Pro access may be revoked.
- Canceling a subscription stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund charges that have already been completed unless this policy or applicable law requires a refund.
- We may decline requests involving abuse, repeated refund cycles, Terms of Service violations, or clearly abnormal usage, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
App Store Purchases
- If you purchased CoinBar Pro through Apple App Store, refund requests must be submitted through Apple's refund process.
- Apple decides refund eligibility under its platform rules, and CoinBar cannot directly issue refunds to your Apple account.
- You can visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com and submit a request using the Apple ID used for the purchase.
