By using CoinBar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use CoinBar.

Nature of the Service

CoinBar is a macOS market monitoring tool that provides price views, watchlist management, local alerts, floating panels, and portfolio views.
CoinBar is not an exchange, broker, custodian, investment adviser, or financial adviser.
CoinBar does not execute trades for you and does not require you to provide exchange API keys.

You may use CoinBar only in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and these terms.
You may use CoinBar for lawful personal or internal use while you comply with these terms.
You may not copy, resell, abuse subscription entitlements, bypass restrictions, or interfere with CoinBar or its dependent services except where applicable law clearly permits it.

CoinBar depends on third-party data sources and platforms for quotes, icons, search results, and related market metadata.
Third-party data may be delayed, inaccurate, interrupted, or changed without notice, and we do not guarantee its continued availability or accuracy.
CoinBar Pro purchases, renewals, cancellations, restorations, and refunds are primarily handled through Apple App Store and your Apple ID.
RevenueCat is used for subscription catalog loading, status synchronization, and entitlement recognition, but it does not replace Apple's billing rules.
Pricing, trials, billing periods, and benefits are governed by what is shown in the App Store and in the app at the time of purchase.

Crypto assets and other markets are risky, and any decision you make based on CoinBar or third-party data is your own responsibility.
Alerts may be delayed, omitted, or fail because of system permissions, device state, network conditions, or third-party outages.

We are not liable for trading or investment losses, inaccurate data, alert failures, third-party outages, device issues, network issues, or misuse of the app.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or data-loss damages.

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of CoinBar after an updated version is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and platform requirements when using CoinBar.
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these terms do not pre-select an exclusive court, tribunal, or governing law of a specific jurisdiction as the only forum or rule.
